I am a Zen teacher with an MA in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology from Naropa University, Boulder, Colorado, USA and a BA in Psychosynthesis from The Psychosynthesis and Education Trust in London. I am a certified (SEP) Somatic Experience-Practitioner DK,  Certified (ISP) Integral Somatic Psychology practitioner (Raja Selvam) DK, and am certified as a BigMind Facilitator by Zen Master Genpo Merzel. I received Jukai in 2010 and Shukke Tokudo in 2018, completed the koan study in the spring of 2024 and received Shiho Dharma Transmission in August 2024.
